Urodynamix Announces Grant of Stock Options

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 8, 2007 - Urodynamix Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V:URO) reported today that it has issued 600,000 incentive stock options to four directors of the company. The stock options are being offered in conformance with TSX Venture Exchange regulations as part of director compensation and have a term of five years and an exercise price of $0.24 per share.

Urodynamix currently has outstanding 67,726,087 common shares,

14,414,305 warrants and 6,909,000 incentive stock options. The company’s Stock Option Plan allows the Board to issue the equivalent of up to 10% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the company on a rolling basis and was approved at the company’s last Annual General Meeting held on June 4, 2007.
