MDX Medical Inc. Reports First Sales

For Immediate Release
Vancouver, BC, March 30, 2005 - MDX Medical Inc. (TSX.V: MDX) announced today first sales of the AVID technology. The AVID System is available as a fully integrated or software only solution for use by hospitals and clinics which provide Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) for cancer treatment.

The Swedish Cancer Institute in Seattle, Washington has purchased a fully integrated System comprised of state-of-the-art phantom hardware and the AVID software solution. The Swedish Clinic successfully completed beta testing of the AVID System in late 2004 and is now implementing the AVID System in the first of several clinics as part of their QA standardization initiative.

Dr. Tony Wong, Medical Physicist for the Swedish Cancer Institute earlier stated; "The AVID System offers accurate and qualitative analysis of measured and calculated dose distributions, and all the analysis tools are easy to use. The AVID system is the best IMRT Quality Assurance tool I have used."

The B.C. Cancer Agency, who also completed beta testing of the AVID System, has purchased two licenses for the AVID software for use with their IMRT clinics in the Fraser Valley and Vancouver Center. The AVID software will replace outdated methods and provide enhanced functionality and time savings.

Mark Thomson, President of MDX Medical, states "First sales of the AVID System provide market validation for this remarkable technology and an opportunity for the company to demonstrate our ability to sell the product using an innovative and well-focused marketing strategy". Further, Mark Thomson states "These sales also showcase the flexibility and utility of the technology as a hardware and/or software solution".

MDX Medical recently launched its direct marketing campaign for the AVID software solution, representing a carefully planned and targeted approach to promote the technology. The campaign includes a 30 day, no charge evaluation for medical physicists and is supported by a professional and experienced marketing group.
