MDX Announces Senior Management Change

For Immediate Release
Vancouver, BC, June 16, 2005 - MDX Medical Inc. (TSX.V: MDX) announces effective June 16, 2005, Barry Allen, Chairman, will assume the role of President and C.E.O. of the Company.

"I look forward to leading MDX Medical as we drive the development of our technologies towards commercial success," said Allen. "We have a strong business and technology team with significant depth and experience that we will continue to build on."

"I believe our recently acquired licence to use NIRS (near-infrared spectrophotometry) technology for the non-invasive diagnosis of bladder disease will drastically improve the quality of care for patients.
