Urodynamix Announces Management Change
For Immediate Release:
Vancouver, BC - (September 13, 2006) Urodynamix Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V: URO) announced today that Craig Pamplin has been appointed to the new position of Director, Corporate Development and Communications.
Mr. Pamplin brings a diverse range of technology industry experience to Urodynamix. He has worked in the healthcare industry for the past three years, most recently as Director of Corporate Development with a Canadian medical technology company where he was responsible for investor relations, corporate communications and business development. He successfully completed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2006.
In addition, Mr. Pamplin has extensive experience in the areas of medical reimbursement and health economics, and in his previous role led the successful implementation of a Reimbursement Services business line focused on neurology applications. During the prior seven years, he held progressive research positions at the University of British Columbia and the NASA Johnson Space Center and worked as a consultant for Lockheed Martin Corporation.
He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Board of Directors of the BC Epilepsy Society, serving as Treasurer to that organization.
Urodynamix also announced that Stewart Reid, former Vice President of Marketing and Communications, is no longer with the Company.
